TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This is an application form to perform within the JN International Money Transfer Ghana's Got Talent produced by JN Overseas UK Ltd ("The Pro ducer").
2. This competition is open to all ages, although you must be able to demonstrate your connection to Ghana Diaspora in the UK through birth, descent, naturalisation or marriage.
3. All personal details and or information in this form must be correct and in no way misleading.
4. You must notify us in advance, if you intend to:
   - Perform physical and/or dangerous stunts, explaining the full nature of the stunt;
   - Use any form of equipment required as part of your act. If the equipment is not readily available for the audition, you will be responsible for bringing such equipment (provided it is suitable for the audition location) and are responsible for ensuring that such equipment is safe and/or suitable for its purposes.

   THE PRODUCER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PERMISSION FOR AN ACT TO PERFORM IF IT IS DEEMED TO BE DANGEROUS
   OR UNSUITABLE FOR A FAMILY EVENT.

5. We welcome as many applicants as possible to audition, however there
   may be reasons to decline your application for example:
   - We receive too many applications and cannot offer enough audition slots
   - We think your act is not suitable, may cause offence, or may be dangerous.
6. Applicants will be selected at the sole discretion of The Producer whose decision will be final.
7. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to the audition (and Final).
8. You agree to still or video photography being taken for press, publicity or promotional purposes. The Producer reserves the right to use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
9. Successful auditionees will be invited to perform at JN International Money Transfers Ghana Got Talent Final, to compete for a prize as advertised. The winner will be determined by a panel of judges and audience participation. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, The Producer reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value
10. If you are invited to perform at the Final, your act must be the same as the one you auditioned, including the participants involved, the length of your act, and any artistic content (e.g. music).
11. The winner may be required to be available to perform at events that are hosted by or associated with JN International Money Transfer – JN Overseas
